Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached and original packaging intact.
- We do not accept returns on final sale items, custom pieces, or intimates (including bodysuits and lingerie) for hygiene reasons.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our team at [[email protected]] with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
- Returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For international returns, duties and taxes are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve the issue promptly.
